  7. On the toasted bread, first place the avocado pasta, on top of the poached egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish the toast with sesame seeds if desired.

SANDWICH WITH CHEESE CHEESE, GUACAMOLE AND DRIED TOMATOES

Ingredients:

  • Whole grain bread – 1 pc.
  • Avocado – 1 pc.
  • Sour cream – 1 tablespoon
  • Lime – 1/2
  • Cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Sun-dried tomatoes – 30 g
  • Curd cheese – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

Cooking method:
