Ingredients

• a few ice cubes;
• 45 ml of bourbon;
• 30 ml of lemon juice;
• 15 ml of sugar syrup;
• A few drops of egg white – optional;
• 1 lemon slice;
• 1 cocktail cherry.

Preparation

Put ice in a shaker, pour bourbon, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white. Shake vigorously and pour into a glass with ice. Garnish the cocktail with lemon and cherries.

If you have added egg whites to the cocktail, shake the shaker longer. You can pour in a whole egg white, and then a white foam will appear on the drink.
